I tried to get replacements but did not try the suggestion below.  I ended up getting them from Hylas. Expensive pieces of hardware!

I think I may have answered my own question...Looks like Petersen Stainless Rigging & Aerospace, Inc. in Annapolis, MD may be a source.

Bailey Marine Locker Clamps

Anyone know where/if I can source Bailey Marine locker clamps in the USA? Freak occurrence simply opening the hatch underway yesterday had the acetal flange and lift ring tossed into davy jones's locker. I think the model number is either BM LC 76 or BM LC 77. Anyone know?
