Hylas Discussion / Companion way boards - secured for ARC Europe requeirement

Curious if there are any pictures, or other detail, of how anyone has attached their companion way boards to be compliant with the ARC Europe requirements?
My thought is to add SS pad eye to each board and have snap shackle connect each to pad eye in the cockpit. Want something that works and that is easy on / off so that it is used.
