Besides stanchions, I found two other sources of leaks -First, the bolts holding the hinge for  the boarding ladder were leaking.

Second, there is a hole drilled under the teak deck step for the toe rail that has no bolt.   I only found it by looking for leaks on a rainy day with a bright light.   I'm going to try to epoxy it from below.  I don't want to break the teak trying to remove it to fill the hole from above.

I knew I needed to rebed several stanchions.  Much to my surprise, the nuts have backed off several of the bolts over the years.  Luckily access is reasonable, but it is going to take a lot of time.

You may want to check. The bolts to see of any of yours have come loose.
