Hi all,

I am in the process of planning the replacement of the prop shaft on my H49 hull 17. I would like to order a new shaft ahead of a planned May haul out and wonder if anyone out there knows the length of the shaft. Powered by a Yanmar 4JH2-TE with the KBW20 gear. From previous maintenance I do know that it is a 1-1/2 inch shaft with standard SAE taper for the prop.

As my wife and I are live aboard with two dogs, I really want to minimize on the hard time with them in a local hotel. Any knowledge regarding shaft replacement, and sourcing the shaft and coupling would be appreciated.
