They are generally cosmetic only.  Some gelcoat formulations are worse than others (e.g., Sabre in the late '90s is notorious for gelcoat crazing)

I had one atypically large one repaired - it was about 8 inches long, located under the forward salon windows.  A good gelcoat guy repaired it in about an hour over the course of 2 days. It's impossible to find now.

Deck crazing dangers??

My 2002 H-46 (#48) has some minor deck crazing -- no particular pattern to it, and my surveyor was not concerned.   Should I be concerned that these tiny crack in the gelcoat are a path for water intrusion into my deck core?????   Thoughts on deck crazing?
